Where can I learn how to design web-sites, not coding?

REPOST: Sorry, but some people didn't get what I was asking at first

I want to learn how to design web sites, by putting it all together (CSS and graphics). Basically I want to learn the skills to create a visually pleasing website.

Any sites that focus on the design over HTML coding is what I'm looking for. I already know HTML, Javascript, some CSS, and others (and graphics designing as well).

My problem is that when I try to create a good website, it may work well, but it'll look like absolute crap.

I want to improve on that. :)

My only good site is http://airhead.somee.com/ because I created it with a template.

If there is anything out there that could help me learn to put the code and graphics together to create a good site, that's what I'm looking for.

I know the code. I know the graphics. I just want to merge those two.

Where can I learn how to design web-sites, not coding?

Reply:The best source for this way is Help of DreamWeaver software. get dreamweaver and then learn about WebDesigning in Help menu (F1)... That's the best source.
Reply:I'm sure you have already considered this, but Microsoft Frontpage is a VERY powerful tool for those that know how to use it. Give it a try. If you haven't used it in years, you might be suprised with how advanced it is now...I know I was. Hope this helps.
